one world Festival bonn

The festival is a voluntary project to promote intercultural diversity through networking, communication and encounters.
The initial focus is on the topics of human rights, flight, integration with a focus on education and thematic discussion and the strengthening of interculturally and integratively active associations and initiatives through networking and joint success in project implementation.
Information stands, interactive workshops, lectures, readings, exhibitions and performances throughout Bonn and in the Brückenforum by the participating organisations, associations and initiatives will make a valuable contribution to the presentation and innovation of intercultural work in Bonn on the topics of human rights, anti-discrimination, anti-racism, sea rescue, refugees in Bonn, Germany and worldwide, homelessness, violence against women and girls, child poverty, etc. in a results-oriented manner at the festival, planned from 10:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m. at the respective locations of the interculturally working organisations and from 2:00 p.m. - 4:00 p.m. in the Brückenforum (information stands/stage programme).

Music, dance and the performing arts as forms of expression are important elements of cultural identity and social cohesion as well as possible means for intercultural exchange, lived integration and creative innovation.

Against this background, the second focus of the festival is on the musical performances on stage and the musical ONE WORLD PARADE as a demonstration of peace with the Kültürklüngel Orkestar through Bonn and many great, virtuoso bands!
